Community Support Services

Community Support Services are designed to strengthen the everyday foundations of your life so emotional healing can truly take root. We know that mental health is deeply connected to housing, work, relationships, and daily routines.
Our team offers practical supports such as life skills training-budgeting, time management, communication, and problem-solving-so you can handle daily demands with more confidence. Peer support groups provide a safe place to connect with others who understand what you are going through, reducing isolation and offering encouragement.
When housing or employment is unstable, we assist with locating resources, completing applications, and advocating with agencies or employers. Wellness education rounds out this support, teaching you and your family about mental health warning signs, self-care practices, and ways to prevent crises. Together, these services help you move from simply getting by to building a more stable, independent, and hopeful future.
